BirongAssociates is a business consulting practice specializing in the valuation of privately owned business interests. Business valuation (business appraisal) assignments have included appraisals of “S” and “C” corporations, LLCs, general partnerships, family limited partnerships, real estate partnerships, professional associations and sole proprietorships in over 70 industries.

Appraisals are developed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Professional Standards of the Institute of Business Appraisers and IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60.
