In 1990, after twelve years of management and executive management experience in both privately owned and publicly traded companies, Roger Birong began his new career as a business consultant. Since the founding of Birong Associates, Roger has specialized in business valuation and has provided management consulting and business valuation services to over 400 privately owned companies. Assignments have included appraisals of firms ranging in size from $100,000 to $500 million in gross revenues in over seventy industries. Clients have included the shareholders and owners of commercial operating entities as well as attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, business brokers and bank loan officers.
Birong Associates has provided business valuation and management consulting services to clients throughout northeast and central Florida including Jacksonville, Fernandina Beach, Lake City, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Deland, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Ocala, Port Orange, Green Cove Springs and Palataka. Clients served outside this area include those located in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina as well as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Britain.
